Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, guide talent from contact to placement, and ensure client delivery excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years in staffing, with strong organizational, communication, and CRM/MS Office skills.

• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring correct information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and client fit.
• Conduct moderately complex candidate searches and adjust as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain a pipeline for future client needs.
• Develop recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Create, implement and manage strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation/bill rate.
• Facilitate interviews and candidate/client briefings.
• Perform prescreening with compliance to laws and policies.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for submittals.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking systems.
