The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor who serves as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure candidate satisfaction, maintain strong relationships, and meet KPI metrics to deliver excellent client results.

This role emphasizes building a continuous talent pipeline, providing guidance to candidates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding with clients and internal teams across the Adecco network.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong colleague relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; proficient with MS Office and databases.
• Able to resolve problems and prioritize tasks.
• Highly energetic, results-driven, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans a workforce pipeline.
• Engages with candidates in person or online with clear information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assesses candidates for qualification, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco and internet tools.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for roles.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Builds candidate pipeline for future client needs.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients.
• Debriefs after interviews.
• Second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
