Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles. You will ensure client delivery while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and associates, meeting KPI and SLA targets, and driving effective workforce planning.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening candidates, coaching for interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding while ensuring compliance and quality across processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in the service/provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Ability to build candidate relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client needs.
• Performs candidate screenings in line with laws and policies.
• Maintains candidate records and data accuracy.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates onboarding.
• Develops recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and clients.
