Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI targets to deliver excellent client service.

You will manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer facilitation while building a robust talent pipeline and coaching candidates for success in roles with our clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a talent pipeline.
• Guides candidates through hiring and onboarding processes.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Maintains candidate records and supports coaching.
