Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, articulating guidance, and reinforcing the value of working for Adecco.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and place talent, while achieving KPI targets and complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems and maintains candidate pipelines.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to match qualifications and cultural fit.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and clients.
• Meets KPI and SLA metrics and ensures compliant prescreening.
• Oversees candidate onboarding and offers/negotiations with clients.
• Maintains candidate records and facilitates interviews with clients.
