Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment processes. You will maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and strive to meet performance KPIs and client delivery SLAs.

You will lead recruitment activities, conduct interviews, and support candidates with resumes and prep, while building a robust talent pipeline to meet client needs and contribute to overall team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in a service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administer job postings across systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate records and inventory of talent pipelines.
