Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This role ensures satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will recruit, post jobs, build pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with client requirements while meeting KPI/SLA metrics for excellent client delivery.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in service-provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Strong MS Office and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts candidate interviews and qualifications checks.
• Maintains candidate relationships and pipelines; supports onboarding.
• Manages KPI and SLA metrics for client delivery.
• Pre-screens candidates and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and offers.
