Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA targets for client delivery.

You will administer job postings, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, and guide candidates through resume prep, onboarding, and ongoing development, while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required; 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction, responsibility, and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; ability to learn new software.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement workforce planning for a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Assist candidates onsite or online with information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs searches using Adecco and other tools; refines results to meet needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Builds a pipeline of candidates for future client needs.
• Develops effective recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Extends offers, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients; conducts post-interview debriefs.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops executive summaries for resume submittals.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking database.
