Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in the United States to act as the liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with candidates and meeting KPI and SLA metrics to ensure excellent client delivery.

You will oversee posting administration, pipeline development, interviews, onboarding, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and maintain candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate pipeline.
• conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Advances candidate onboarding and assists with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Maintains candidate/associate records and ensures compliance with laws and policies.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and negotiates offers.
