Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI metrics, and ensuring high quality client delivery.

You will administer job postings, build a robust talent pipeline, conduct interviews, and support candidates through resume prep and onboarding, while delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains pipelines.
• Builds and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Follows up with candidates and clients post-interview to debrief.
