The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role emphasizes strong client delivery, KPI attainment, and pipeline management.

You will support candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role-specific guidance while ensuring accurate information on Adecco processes and offerings. This position emphasizes relationship-building and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database skills with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and maintains candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and clients.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Ensures compliance with prescreening laws and company policies.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking system.
