Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proactive and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and candidate outreach.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintains candidate records and onboarding processes.
• Achieves recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepares executive summaries for resumes.
• Supports candidates with interviews and coaching.
• Ensures compliant prescreening and documentation.
