Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates/associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

In this role, you will drive recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding while meeting KPIs and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in a service provider environment preferred.
• Proven track record delivering customer satisfaction and strong work relationships.
• Ability to meet KPI/SLA metrics and work with recruiters and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to maintain a pipeline of quality talent.
• Interact with candidates in person or online and provide clear information about Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and submission activity requirements.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Screens candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Performs searches using Adecco tools and internet resources, adjusting as needed.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role coaching.
• Completes onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking systems.
• Develops talent pipelines for future client needs.
• Creates recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients, including preparation and briefings.
