Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who will act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role emphasizes strong client delivery via KPI and SLA metrics and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and the client.

The successful candidate will manage postings, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiations while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and successful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement workforce planning for a continuous talent pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite, ensuring correct information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs screenings and prescreens in line with laws and company policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
