Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring client delivery and KPI/SLA performance. This role will manage postings, pipelines, interviews, coaching, and candidate records to support seamless hiring processes.

You will build relationships with candidates, coordinate hiring activities, and ensure compliance with policies while driving results and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service-provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and databases; able to learn new software.
• Strong candidate relationships and networks; results-driven and KPI-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in multiple systems.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines and candidate networks.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and coordinates hiring/onboarding processes.
• Maintains candidate records and tracks KPI/SLA metrics.
