Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in the United States to serve as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.

You will maintain strong relationships, ensure client delivery against KPIs/SLA, conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and manage candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Post and administer job postings across systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce needs.
• Assist candidates with information, coaching, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Achieve recruitment KPIs and submission activity targets.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess qualification, culture fit, and client needs.
• Perform searches and refine results to meet inventory requirements.
• Provide resume assistance and interview preparation to candidates.
• Maintain candidate/associate records and onboarding documentation.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
