Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates from recruitment through onboarding. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure satisfaction, and meet KPI/SLA targets to deliver excellent client service.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and guide candidates, manage postings, and build a robust talent pipeline while ensuring compliance with policies and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database usage.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of quality talent and build candidate relationships.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for candidates and associates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
