Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment. You will manage job postings, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure KPI targets are met while delivering excellent client services.

The role emphasizes relationship building with passive and active candidates, coaching for interviews, and accurate submission activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Ability to learn new software and prioritize tasks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems and keeps records current.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Ensures compliance with recruitment policy and KPIs.
• Assists candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Maintains candidate records in the database.
