• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and builds a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Screen candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
