Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type I & II or Universal).
• Experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostic repairs on residential properties preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and sign off on safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in building systems and perform repairs per policy and code.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, move and store tools, and document work orders accurately.
