Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will complete work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, manage materials, document work, and assist with grounds upkeep. This on-site role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks, follow safety rules, and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing by completing move-in inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials and notify supervision when re-ordering is needed.
• Documentation of service requests to ensure tracking and reporting.
• Assist with grounds and common areas maintenance as needed.
