Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair building systems, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintain overall property cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and documenting work performed. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory and coordinate material procurement with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for traceability.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Help reduce costs by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
