Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a community. You will perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, assist in make-ready tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards under supervision.

Daily duties include grounds and common area upkeep, responding to work orders, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep properties well-maintained and resident-ready.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance to extend asset life.
• Participate in unit inspections and safety programs.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
