Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily site maintenance, pool upkeep with chemical logs, and timely response to work orders, while maintaining safety and following policies. High school diploma and basic computer skills required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas as part of daily tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in safety and maintenance tasks.
