Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes across the property. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks while ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety for residents.

Daily duties include responding to work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, and participating in unit inspections. On-call duties may be required to address emergencies and uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Experience or familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferable.
• Strong work ethic and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the property, including routine and preventive work.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, indoor and outdoor, per property standards.
• Assist in the make-ready process and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and essential safety procedures.
