Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance at communities, assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, as well as groundskeeping.

On-site responsibilities include responding to requests, completing repairs promptly, and maintaining safety procedures in line with OSHA guidelines. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform make-ready tasks and ensure repairs are completed on schedule.
• Assist in maintaining safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
