Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at our community, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers corrective, preventative, and routine tasks, including make-ready work to meet property objectives.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain grounds and common areas, and help enforce safety standards while supporting a proactive maintenance program. Salary ranges are provided within the listing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, and routine work.
• Assist in make-ready process to meet property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
