Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. Regular/daily onsite attendance is required and you will support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep grounds and buildings in excellent condition.

You will handle resident requests, complete work orders promptly, and help maintain safety standards in alignment with OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
