Job summary

Asset Living is a growing property management company seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across communities. The role covers routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with on-site attendance required and a focus on safety and resident relations.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining common areas, and assisting in unit inspections and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance including grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in keeping a preventative maintenance program and safety practices.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks and special projects.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure excellent customer service to residents.
