Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at the housing community, reporting to the Community Manager. You will drive rent collection, ensure timely notices, and help optimize the property's cash flow while supervising onsite staff.

You’ll manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative duties, ensuring safety, fair housing compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Onsite leadership and cash-flow management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements is advantageous.
• Experience supervising maintenance, leasing, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Manage rent collection, account receivables, and delinquency follow-ups.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and end-of-month closings.
• Lead onsite staff, training, coaching, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and lease renewals through proactive leasing.
