Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community, under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will lead onsite staff, manage rent collections, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role focuses on strong customer service, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with leasing and maintenance teams to maintain property performance and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily onsite operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise property staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management in the Community Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support budget attainment.

Educación

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor's degree preferred

Two years housing industry experience
