Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in rent collection, ensuring financial health and compliance with policies, while supervising onsite staff and maintaining excellent resident relations.

As a key onsite leader, you will manage leasing, administration, maintenance, and risk controls, ensuring adherence to Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of housing industry experience or one to two years related experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use onsite software.

Responsabilités

• Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable accurately and timely.
• Monitor bad debt and assist with evictions as needed.
• Support budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Lead leasing activities and maintain resident charges and move-out charges.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage property operations, safety and fair housing compliance.
