Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions at an on-site property. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role focuses on delinquency management, rent collection, and cash-flow optimization, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, reporting, and lease coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, accounts receivable, and budget control.
• Proven ability to supervise onsite staff and coordinate operations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA basics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Post all payments and income accurately from residents and applicants.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor bad debt with notices and evictions.
• Support monthly close, financial reporting, and budget adherence.
