Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in rent collection, cash-flow optimization, and staff supervision while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will manage leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management on-site, coordinating with staff to meet budgeted revenues and NOI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred or 2 years housing experience.
• Ability to operate onsite software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and file evictions.
• Assist with budgeted revenues and NOI.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
