Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in delinquency management, rent collection, and cash flow optimization while supervising onsite staff and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Strong communication, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are essential

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred or 2 years in housing industry or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under Community Manager supervision.
