Job summary

Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing operations under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and financial activities to optimize cash flow and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will post payments, reconcile accounts, and drive revenue against budget while supervising onsite staff, enhancing resident satisfaction, and coordinating with vendor partners to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with delinquency management, rent collection, and cash flow optimization.
• Ability to supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under Community Manager supervision.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, and financial processes to optimize NOI.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts; prepare late notices and evictions as needed.
• Manage end-of-month close and reporting; maintain organized records.
• Ensure staff development through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Show units, lease with residents, and handle move-ins/outs.
• Monitor service levels of maintenance and vendor management.
