Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and service packaging equipment at customer facilities in Topeka, KS. You will start up systems, train customers, and perform preventive maintenance while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires troubleshooting using technical drawings, working with cross-functional teams, and traveling to customer sites as needed. A solid technical background and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate service.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs; repair complex equipment.
• Install, configure, and train customers on Packsize solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Analyze KPIs to identify machine performance issues and perform maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and Packsize staff; complete reports.
