Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities in China Grove, NC. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing customer training on product features and maintenance.

Travel to customer sites and collaboration with R&D, Software and Quality teams are part of the job. Applicants should have an Associate or vocational training plus related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with teams.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment on customer sites.
• Deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate technical reports and travel arrangements.
