Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer/Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer sites in the United States. You will troubleshoot issues using drawings, perform maintenance, and train customers on product capabilities while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires independent work, knowledge of Windows platforms, hand tools and mechanical systems, with travel to customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Train customers on product capabilities and usage.
• Travel to customer facilities as required.
• Communicate information clearly with Packsize and customer staff.
