Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician in Topeka, Kansas to install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite. You will perform start-up testing, deliver training, and build strong relationships with customers while adhering to safety protocols.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service, and cross-functional teamwork with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering. Applicants should have an associates or vocational training, and a bachelor's degree is preferred; strong

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs

• Analyze KPI data to identify issues and perform maintenance
• Learn customer processes and packaging specs
• Install Packsize solutions and train users
• Handle clerical tasks and expense reporting
