Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Complete technical reports and travel arrangements as required.
