Job summary

Packsize is hiring a Machine Technician in Phoenix, AZ to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment at customer sites. You will start-up test, train customers on product use, and solve technical issues while ensuring safety and quality. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and independent work are essential.

Monday–Friday in-office schedule with travel to client sites as needed. The role requires teamwork with R&D and QA, plus willingness to learn customer processes and packaging

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring problem solving at customer sites.
• Experience with Windows platforms and basic MS Office tools.
• Associates degree or vocational training preferred; bachelor’s preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs; perform start-up testing.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety requirements and document technical reports.
