Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities. You will start-up tests, train customers, and build strong relationships while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety standards in a production environment. Travel and on-site tasks are routine.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic software.
• Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
