Job summary

Packsize is hiring a Machine Technician for on-site work in Indianapolis, IN. You will install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities, perform start-up testing, and train customers on product features and maintenance.

You will analyze KPI data to drive machine performance and collaborate with R&D, software, and quality teams to ensure top-tier service. The role emphasizes problem solving, safety, and strong customer relationships, with a schedule Fri-Sun 6am-6pm and

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Work with R&D, Software and QA teams as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Analyze KPI for machine performance and initiate improvements.
• Provide customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.
