Job summary
NTT DATA is seeking an onsite Networking Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-line on-site technical support and field engineering for clients in Detroit, MI and Charlotte, NC. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
- Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the client site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
- Install and configure software per client requirements.
- Identify and log incidents with required detail; liaise with client IT and vendors.
- Escalate to L2 Field Engineer when unresolved; update incidents with progress.
- Provide first line remote and onsite support and field engineering services.
