NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L2) to deliver remote technical support and drive incidents to resolution for our clients in the United States.

You will engage in proactive service delivery, maintain configurations, and ensure SLA adherence across multiple client environments. The role emphasizes networking expertise, remote troubleshooting, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Professional networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP) are preferred.
• Experience in technical support and remote incident diagnosis is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network incidents using service assurance tools.
• Maintain records of incidents, configurations, and actions taken.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with vendors and client IT environments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely resolution.
