Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate level certification in data center technologies such as Cisco, NetApp, EMC (e.g., CCNA DC).

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line onsite technical support to clients.
• Logs incidents and aids in rapid resolution to restore services.
• Interacts with client IT environments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Follows established procedures for shift handovers and service continuity.
