Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an entry-level Networking Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) to provide professional first-line onsite and remote technical support to clients in Detroit, MI and Charlotte, NC. You will configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, identify root causes, and coordinate with client IT environments and vendors.

Responsibilities include proactive incident logging, following standard procedures, and ensuring SLA adherence while growing technical skills and earning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA.
• Entry-level experience in networking technologies and remote technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line onsite and remote technical support to clients.
• Install, configure, and test client infrastructure and software.
• Identify and log incidents with detailed information.
• Coordinate with client IT environments and vendors to expedite resolution.
• Diagnose incidents and determine root cause from knowledge articles.
• Escalate to L2 when necessary and document progress.
