Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance across properties. You will respond to requests, assist with make-ready, and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

The role requires on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety rules, Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA standards. On-call emergencies and general upkeep are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance tasks including preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, tools, and inventory.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections as requested.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and safety programs.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
