Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance across residential properties. You will support make-ready activities, respond to resident requests, and help maintain safety standards under supervision.

This role requires on-site presence, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements. On-call duties and collaboration with the maintenance team ensure a well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement reflects on-site customer service capability and safety awareness.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software are expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance for the property.
• Assist with make-ready process under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies as needed.
• Support inventory management and maintenance shop organization.
